We are delighted to introduce you to Clonakilty’s Irish Single Malt Whiskey finished in Garrison Brothers Balmorhea Bourbon barrels. The seven-year-old whiskey was initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels before moving into our coveted Balmorhea barrels for an additional seven months as part of a barrel exchange between Garrison Brothers Master Distiller, Donnis Todd and Oisin Mulcahy, Head Distiller of Clonakilty Distillery. The Barrels traveled 4,500+ miles over the Atlantic Ocean to make this once in a lifetime collaboration a reality.

Aromas of sea salt, vanilla and fresh oak on the start. Banana nut, plums, spices and cherry on the palate with a lingering oak, spice and vanilla finish.
