This site is ran and operated by Bottle Nexus LLC. A technology company that sets up facilitating web pages to connect licensed ABC retailers with customers who are in search of specific products online. Neither Bottle Nexus LLC or Garrison Brothers Distillery process/ship any alcohol products to customers.
All alcohol orders are processed and fulfilled by licensed third-party retailers on the Bottle Nexus network. The checkout functionality is provided solely for the convenience of our consumers by Bottle Nexus LLC.
garrison brothers distillery does not sell, offer to sell or solicit sales of alcohol through this site. Through this website, you learn about the whiskey, including its price and any ABC licensed retailers on the Bottle Nexus LLC network who is willing to process and ship the product from their locations. The offer to purchase the whiskey ultimately is from the Retailer. If you decide to purchase the whiskey, you make the payment to the Retailer and the Retailer fulfills your order, including the delivery of the purchased whiskey. This arrangement is not meant to facilitate any improper furnishing of inducements by any manufacturer, importer, supplier, wholesaler or distributor of whiskey to any retailer of alcoholic beverages or to facilitate any improper exclusionary practices by any alcohol beverage licensee. This service may be limited or not available at all in some places due to local law or other restrictions.
Shipping is carried through UPS to states where permitted. A signature of a person who is 21 years of age and older is required for delivery. We do not sell to anyone who is less than 21 years of age.
You may track your order on UPS.com and the link provided at checkout. If you experience any issues please reach out to us and we will be more than happy to assist.
Shipping of express orders will abide delivery times set by UPS. Express orders are prioritize by our retailer store but please understand we might be busy to process and ship your orders on the same day we receive your order, so allow up to 3 days for processing and then we will hand it to UPS to handle the rest.
Please open a support ticket with our agents to review your refund case at email@example.com and we will reach out to the retailer for more detailed support.
If you have just placed an order and it has not shipped yet, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any processing fees our marketplace might have incurred.
If you have received the order and wish to return it, please reach out to us to evaluate the case at hand. We cannot guarantee refunds for products consumed or opened.
